Requirements

Qualifications and skills required

1. All experts shall have at least a master’s degree in fields relevant for their assignment (IT, STEM, education, social sciences, law, or equivalent) or, in its absence, at least 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
2. experience of certification systems introduction with national or international foundations, companies, institutions requiring professional certification services at least 9 years;
3. expertise with algorithmic processes introduction for the educational material at least 3 years.

Assets of the Team

1. Experience with state bodies or budget financed organisations;
2. Experience with state institutions;
3. At least 2 years of experience working in either Ukraine or a similar country (i.e. Eastern Partnership);
4. Experience in delivery of trainings;
5. Knowledge of best practices in grant support.

Language skills

1. Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading).
2. Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an asset
